Our Master Roaster roasts and ships your gourmet coffee to order. We do not have an abundance of pre-roasted coffee sitting around in our warehouse. We grow and hand select only SHB Gourmet Arabica coffees.

Perfection takes a little more time... and we strive to deliver perfection! Typically, your order is processed within 48 business hours. We roast and ship your coffee within 5 business days from the date of your order.

Retail coffee orders are shipped via DHL, UPS, Fedex Ground or USPS Priority Mail. Canopy Club orders typically ship DHL or FEDEX Ground.

A portion of our proceeds are donated to the KaffeTico Fund, an organization dedicated to the preservation or fragile cloud and rainforest habitats and the endangered and threatened species that call them home.

KaffeTico sells gourmet estate & specialty coffees to consumers, wholesalers, retailers, gourmet coffee shops, business owners and operators, specialty gifting and the hospitality industry. We also provide a complete presale fundraising program for schools, civic groups, churches, sports teams, environmental groups, marching bands, and any other organization with a need to raise private funds to support their organizations activities.
